Rob Berthume founded Epsilon Concepts in 2000 and Sam Moon joined in 2007. Epsilon Concepts is a profitable digital agency based in downtown Los Angeles, California that provides design, development, and consulting for web, print, mobile, branding, and social media. Through Epsilon Concepts, the partners completed over 250 web production and marketing projects for start-ups, small businesses, and Fortune 500s and they saw the need to build out a separate, focused agency specializing in digital marketing. Having produced numerous successful web projects in a variety of industries, the partners knew the time was right to create the Moon Berthume brand and put their names on the line with each marketing initiative accepted.
